  1. GovernanceBy 30 June every year

    Annual General Meeting

The AGM is convened every year not later than 30 June. Members receive the report of the Management Committee, approve audited accounts, appoint statutory auditors and fix their remuneration, and elect the Officers of the Club. The AGM also considers any business proposed by the Management Committee.

    Annual Distance Challenge

A flagship initiative to keep all members active throughout the year. Distance categories, medal costs and prizes are announced by Management before the end of January.
