The Annual General Meeting of the Club is convened every year not later than the 30th day of June. The Annual General Meeting generally, receives the report of the Management Committee, approves audited accounts, appoints and fix statutory auditors remuneration and elect the Officers of the Club. The Annual General Meeting also consider any business proposed by the Management Committee.
